How to Knit Stranded Colorwork
Home »
Those who have known me a while know that I dislike floats in colorwork. They are difficult to control when knitting, and they get snagged on everything.
However, when I decided to design Hyphenated, my first colorwork sweater, I felt it was important to knit it the way most knitters would go about doing it. Also, when getting the details of the yoke all hammered out, I had to knit and frog the colorwork at least five times, and frogging colorwork that has no strands just one time is enough to pull one’s hair out.
In this video I demonstrate how I knit stranded colorwork while I work on my Hyphenated sweater. Enjoy!
